Cancellation of tax benefits for Ukrainians: what will happen to the £6 supplement.
Loss of benefits for home workers
According to The Sun: Workers who perform their duties from home will soon lose an important benefit. The cancellation of tax deductions means that from next April they will not be able to reimburse costs for additional heating, electricity, or internet.
During the Covid pandemic, millions of people received a fixed allowance of £6 per week, even if their expenses were lower.
"The time to work from home is ending for many, and benefits will no longer apply."
This decision has raised concerns among those who believe that changes in financial support will make working from home more difficult. The loss of benefits may lead to additional expenses for workers that may not have been accounted for during the transition to the new work format. Many are worried that this will negatively impact their productivity and overall well-being.
