This three-tier tower in Ross-on-Wye is a 'local icon' and offers views of the River Wye and the Hertfordshire countryside.

Each of the round rooms, approximately 16 feet in diameter, has been converted into a kitchen, bedroom, and living room. The tower also features a picturesque rooftop terrace with 360-degree views of the Black Mountains of South East Wales, the spire of St. Mary's Church, and the landmarks of Ross-on-Wye.

The purchase price for the tower is £330,000.

Real estate agency Hamilton Stiller described it as 'an opportunity to own a monument and one of the most prominent features of Ross-on-Wye.'

One of the most interesting features of this property is that a bath is hidden under the cushions of the double bed, maximizing the use of space. Upstairs there is a shower cabin with powered water pumps and spiral stairs leading to the roof.

Local sportsmen from the Ross rowing club often notice how they row on the River Wye from the windows of the tower.

The quaint town of Ledbury is just 13 miles away, and trains to London Paddington run every two hours.

Previously, this tower belonged to the Hereford Joy and was sold in 2001 when its only accessible floor was available only via a social lift.

Tony Billingham, who won the auction by mail, carefully restored the tower into a cozy, functional home and later opened it to visitors, donating the income to local charities.

This is not the only property that has attracted attention recently.

Also for sale is an ordinary house for £400,000, but with an unexpected detail that has intrigued many.

Photos of the property show that one of its two bathrooms has been converted into a home office, allowing workers to 'conduct business' without leaving the room.

A three-bedroom house in Walton, Chesterfield, has appeared on the market for £150,000 and looks quite ordinary from the outside — however, inside everything is so unexpected that it impresses.

Confused buyers describe the interior as 'crazy', and the photos showcase an eccentric design and unusual layout.

This charming coastal property with an interesting past has become the subject of discussion among locals and potential buyers.

In February it was listed for sale at £235,000, and in July it was purchased after several visits throughout the summer.

Locals call it the 'dollhouse' as the small property is cleverly built in a lane between two neighboring houses and offers stunning views of the coast.
