Disney+ raises prices: how to get a subscription for free.
According to The Sun: DISNEY+ has raised subscription prices to £24 a year for millions of its users.
However, there are several ways to continue watching your favorite shows on the platform without additional costs – and even get access for free.

The cheapest ad-supported subscription option increased from £4.99 to £5.99 per month, while the most expensive option – the premium annual subscription – will rise to a staggering £149.90.
This is a big jump compared to £59.99, which the annual premium plan cost at the time of the platform's launch in 2020.
The cost of the standard monthly plan rises from £8.99 to £9.99 per month, while the standard annual plan rises from £89.90 to £99.99.
Users who already have a monthly subscription to Disney+ will begin paying the new prices from November 4.
Those signed up for a year will pay the new prices from Tuesday, November 25.

The standard ad-supported plan was £4.99 per month. It will now be £5.99 per month.
The standard (monthly) was £8.99 per month. It will now be £9.99 per month.
The standard (annual) was £89.90 per year. It will now be £99.99 per year.
The premium (monthly) was £12.99 per month. It will now be £14.99 per month.
The premium (annual) was £129.90 per year. It will now be £149.90 per year.
How to get Disney+ for free
Disney+ has partnerships with several brands that offer discounts on the streaming platform.
For example, Uber members can get six months of Disney+ for free.
Monthly Uber One subscribers have the opportunity to get a free standard ad-supported plan for six months, while annual Uber One subscribers can get a free standard plan for 12 months.
The monthly Uber One subscription costs £4.99 per month or £49.99 per year.
You can also get Disney+ for free for a whole year with Lloyds Bank if you have a Club Lloyds account.
Club Lloyds members can get a free standard plan for 12 months with ads.
A Club Lloyds account is free if at least £2000 is deposited into it each month. Otherwise, the fee will be £5 per month.
What other savings options are there?
There are also other ways to save on the streaming service despite the price increases.
For example, you can try signing up through cashback websites to get some of your expenses back.
Topcashback.com offers up to £13.95 cashback if you sign up for Disney+ through their website.
The cashback site Quidco offers up to £10 cashback if you use them for your subscription.
Some cashback credit cards may also have offers on Disney+.
As with many subscription services, you may also receive a discount if you choose to 'cancel' your subscription, which may be the company's attempt to keep your account.
Don't forget that you shouldn't pay for more than one subscription within a single household.
Although sharing account passwords is no longer allowed, standard Disney plans allow streaming on up to two devices within one household.
