Charlie quickly climbed the career ladder. At 23, she was promoted to senior sales representative and became one of the top sellers in the company.

In one month, Charlie earned a record commission of £12,000. 'That month, I closed deals worth £80,000 in commission. No one has done that before,' she recalls.

To become a real estate agent, a degree is not mandatory, but it's helpful to have certificates in English and math. This profession suits people who enjoy working with others and have experience in customer service.

The average salary for beginners in agencies ranges from £18,000 to £22,000, while mid-level agents earn between £30,000 and £45,000. In prestigious market segments, salaries can exceed £60,000.

Charlie emphasizes that hard work and dedication are key in this field. 'I answer calls from early morning until late evening. If you are willing to work, the rewards will not take long to come.'
