Fury on Hatton: I wanted to be like him - a champion's confession.
According to The Sun: Tyson Fury honored the memory of the late Ricky Hatton, noting:
“I wanted to be like him”.
Hatton, the beloved boxer of Britain, sadly passed away at the age of 46 in September, leaving behind an iconic legacy.

Fury shared his memories on Instagram:
“Today is Ricky Hatton's funeral day, and I won't say this alone, as Ricky inspired me in my childhood to achieve great success in boxing.”

Fury became the world heavyweight champion in 2015 by defeating Wladimir Klitschko, but in 2017 he had to vacate three titles due to depression and substance abuse.

Hatton's death shocked the British public. He is survived by his son Campbell, daughters Fin and Millie, and granddaughter Lila.
Hatton's funeral, which took place in Manchester Cathedral, brought together numerous stars, including Fury, Frank Bruno, Amir Khan, Wayne Rooney, and Freddie Flintoff.
Thousands of fans also took to the streets to say goodbye to the sports legend.
