According to The Sun: A few months ago, I found myself in a dead-end savings cycle that is probably familiar to many. Every time my salary came in, I would calculate my rent and bills for the month, figure out how much money was left, and then optimistically set aside £200-300 into my savings. However, by the time the next salary arrived, that amount had disappeared again.

Problems with Savings

By the time my next salary arrived, I was left with no significant savings. I realized that this cycle was just repeating, and I couldn't break free from it. Setting aside money became increasingly challenging, and I felt frustration and anxiety due to financial difficulties.

Now, I am trying to change my attitude towards finances and find new strategies for managing expenses in order to finally start saving for real.
