Nestle launches new Cheerios with berries: the first novelty since 2021

According to The Sun: NESTLE presented a new flavor of breakfast cereal - the first innovation since 2021.

The company introduced a new line of Very Berry Cheerios, changing its traditional flavors.

The new Very Berry Cheerios flavor is available in selected stores

This new product combines the classic Cheerios mix with natural berry puree, creating a fresh fruity taste.

The cereal is high in fiber and contains no artificial colors or flavorings, making it a great choice for breakfast.

Consumers are eagerly awaiting this novelty.

One user wrote on Facebook: “Sounds fun.”
Another added: “Wow, need to try it.”
A third noted: “Bought it yesterday. Very tasty.”

Currently, the novelty is available at Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, and Ocado, sold for £3.50.

This is the first new product from the company since the launch of Vanilla Cheerios in 2021.

Very Berry joins the already known Honey Cheerios and Multigrain Cheerios.

Consumers can enjoy it with milk, yogurt, or fresh fruits.

“We wanted to offer something new and colorful for breakfast - something that creates a positive start to the day that everyone in the family would enjoy, and with nutrition that parents can be confident in,” said Sarah Fordy, marketing director of Nestlé Cereals.
“Very Berry Cheerios brings the taste of berries to the breakfast table, providing high fiber from whole grain products, which Cheerios is known for.”
“This is our latest way to help families find their little victories in the morning.”

New from other manufacturers

Nestlé is not the only company introducing new products for its customers.

Another retailer, M&S, announced a new Percy Pig advent calendar, which will be available in stores.

The chocolate treats are sold for just £10.

McVitie's has also launched a new Penguin Selection Box ahead of the holiday season.

The box contains six Penguin treats in various flavors for just £3.

Meanwhile, Malteser announced the launch of an entirely new sweet product.

The Malteser Mini Egg set will hit the shelves this December.

So, the breakfast and sweets market is actively evolving, offering consumers new flavors and options that meet contemporary trends in healthy eating and diversity. Leading up to the holidays, consumers have the opportunity to choose from a whole range of exciting novelties to make their festive breakfasts even more delicious and fun.
