Rugby star ruined himself during a game: The reason is unexpected.
Unpleasant incident in Toby Rudolf's career
According to The Sun: NRL player Toby Rudolf shared the reasons for his embarrassing incident during two consecutive games, saying:
“I am not perfect.”
The star of the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks is one of the leading players in the National Rugby League of Australia.
Instagram @tobyrudolfUnfortunately, he experienced an embarrassing incident during a game last month when his team won 54-22 against the Gold Coast Titans.
Despite the convincing victory, Rudolf brought a mini-scandal onto the field.
This moment was revealed by his teammate Blake Brailey in a recent interview.
The Sharks' captain noted:
“It was a game against the Titans, in the first 10 minutes. He (Rudolf) messed himself.”
However, Rudolf also mentioned that he experienced the same situation a week prior during his team's loss of 22-14 against the St George Illawarra Dragons.
He assures that both incidents were completely random.
Rudolf explained that he was taking strong antibiotics during both games, which had negative effects on his stomach.
Unfortunately, this led to problems with the control of physiological needs.
Rudolf commented:
“It actually happened for the second time in a row, it also happened against the Dragons. I took antibiotics, and they did not agree with me. I am not perfect, such things happen.”.
This situation illustrates how unpredictable the lives of professional athletes can be, even in their most successful moments on the field. Rudolf reminded that behind the visible side of athletes' lives, complications may be hidden, of which the public is often unaware.
The incident reflects not only the personal struggles of the player but also defines the context in which sports and health are intertwined and can jeopardize the careers of even the most successful athletes.
