According to The Sun: Robbie Savage expressed his desire to become the head coach of the Welsh national team in the future. Currently, the 50-year-old is serving as the head coach of Forest Green Rovers, which he joined in July, after working at Macclesfield.

Coach's Ambitions
In a recent interview with The Times, Savage shared his dreams of managing the national team:
“Will I ever be good enough? Who knows, but if the opportunity arises, it will be after ten or fifteen years in coaching.”
Born in Wales, Savage has played 39 matches for the national team during his career, scoring two goals. He has also played for Wales' junior teams.
Attitude Towards Players
The coach commented on the fans' attitude towards him:
“I know that many people want me to fail. I understand that.”
Moreover, he emphasized the importance of communication between the coach and players:
“Communication is key.”
His son, Charlie, currently plays for Reading in League One and has two caps for the Welsh national team.
