Rangers are negotiating with Solskjaer: who will lead the team.
Searching for a new coach for 'Rangers'
According to The Sun: The management of 'Rangers' is discussing the candidacies of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Bo Svensson for the position of head coach instead of Russell Martin.
Solskjaer, who previously managed 'Manchester United', was dismissed from 'Besiktas' in August after seven months of work.

The club is already conducting personal meetings with several candidates, trying to find a new coach, after Steven Gerrard declined to return.
Rumors about the possible appointment of Solskjaer began to emerge after comments from his former teammate at 'United', Paul Scholes, in the podcast 'The Good, The Bad & The Football'.
“I actually met a guy who said he met with 'Rangers',” said Scholes.
When Niki Butt asked if it was Solskjaer, Scholes replied: “No comment.”
Bo Svensson, the former coach of 'Mainz' and 'Union', is also discussing the possibility of leading the team. Meetings with him went well, but he decided to withdraw from the race over the weekend.
Svensson was a respected coach at 'Mainz', saving the team from relegation in the 2020/21 season.

Kevin Muscat, Danny Rohal, and Derek McInnes may also be in contention for the head coach position.
Martin was dismissed earlier this month after the team won only one of their first seven matches.

The management of 'Rangers' is currently actively searching for a new coach, as Martin only managed 17 matches in charge.
The situation at 'Rangers' remains tense, as the club seeks to find a new mentor who can bring the team back to winning ways. It should be noted that the club intends to negotiate with several candidates before making a final decision. The team's results in recent matches highlight the need for changes in the coaching staff.
