Matches at the Brentwood Centre will start on September 11, with seeded players joining the games from Tuesday, September 16.
This is the first of four Home Nations tournaments this season, and the winner will receive a prize of £100,000.

Ronnie, who grew up just a few miles from the tournament location in Chigwell, has decided to skip his home championship, disappointing his fans.
The reasons for his absence have not yet been disclosed.
This is not the first time that the seven-time world champion has missed a competition this year - last month he also withdrew from the Wuhan Open due to 'medical reasons'.
The last time O'Sullivan played was on August 16 in a thrilling final of the Saudi Arabia Snooker Masters, where he lost to Robertson 10-9.
Ronnie last won the title of the English Open in 2017.
