Defending champion Neil Robertson won last year's final, defeating Wu Yize 9-7.

The championship will take place near where Ronnie O'Sullivan grew up.

Matches at the Brentwood Centre will start on September 11, with seeded players joining the games from Tuesday, September 16.

This is the first of four Home Nations tournaments this season, and the winner will receive a prize of £100,000.
