Israel strikes at Hamas leadership in Doha: details of the operation.
According to The Sun: Explosions rocked Doha following an attempt to eliminate Hamas leaders, which, according to officials, was approved by President Trump.
Smoke rose over the capital of Qatar, and Israel confirmed a "precise" strike against the terrorist leaders of Hamas, dubbed Operation "Day of Judgment".

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) stated that they conducted a "precise strike aimed at the senior leadership of the terrorist organization Hamas".
Hamas leaders had gathered in a building in Doha to discuss new proposals for a ceasefire, according to sources within the group.
They claimed that the "Hamas delegation was targeted during the meeting in Doha when proposals from U.S. President Donald Trump regarding a ceasefire in Gaza were discussed".
Among them was reportedly the Hamas leader in Gaza, Khalil al-Haya.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed that his government takes full responsibility for the operation.
"The actions today against top Hamas terrorists were entirely an independent Israeli operation," he noted.
"Israel initiated this, Israel conducted it, and Israel bears full responsibility."
Qatar strongly condemned this "treacherous" act – noting that it may complicate their efforts to negotiate a deal for the return of hostages.
Soon after, Hamas claimed responsibility for gunfire in Jerusalem that resulted in the deaths of six civilians.
IDF added: "For many years, these Hamas leadership members have overseen the operations of the terrorist organization, bearing direct responsibility for the horrific slaughter on October 7 and orchestrating a war against the State of Israel."
"Measures were taken before the attack to minimize harm to civilians, including using precision munitions and additional intelligence."
A senior Qatari official sharply criticized Israel, noting that the strikes began shortly after Hamas received a new peace proposal from the U.S.
"The Hamas delegation was heading to a new meeting to discuss the proposal, traveling from Turkey to Qatar when the attack occurred."
"However, as has happened before, the Israelis undermined hopes for peace, only complicating efforts to return the hostages."
IDF did not officially confirm that their strikes were aimed at Doha, but Qatari officials linked it to the strikes.

An unnamed Israeli minister confirmed to local media that the explosions in Doha are the work of Israel.
Israeli officials told Channel 12 that President Trump was informed and approved the strikes aimed at elimination.
Two days ago, Trump issued a "final warning" to Hamas.
"I warned Hamas of the consequences of disagreement. This time it's my final warning, there will be no second one!"
The channel also noted that the operation was named "Atzeret HaDin", which translates to "Day of Judgment".

The U.S. embassy in Qatar issued a recommendation for its citizens to stay sheltered.
"We have received information about rocket strikes occurring in Doha," the embassy noted.
"U.S. citizens are advised to stay in place and follow updates on our social media."
Most of the Hamas military leadership was eliminated after the October 7 attack – however, political figures remain largely untouched.
Qatar was one of two countries, along with Egypt, that acted as mediators in negotiations between Israel and Hamas.
Iran also condemned the strikes.
A representative of the Foreign Ministry stated that this act is an "obvious violation of international law" and a "violation of Qatar's national sovereignty and Palestinian negotiators".
