Yesterday, June 20, the Israel Defense Forces conducted an operation to eliminate the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), who was responsible for launching drones. This was reported by the IDF press service.
It was noted that the commander of the second drone brigade of the IRGC, known as Aminpour Judaki, was killed. He organized the launch of drones towards Israel from Iran and played a key role in the development of operations after the elimination of IRGC commander Taher Fura on June 13, 2025.
Earlier, it was announced that Israel's operation against Iran started on the night of June 13. The country's air force attacked nuclear and military facilities of the Islamic Republic, resulting in the elimination of Iranian commanders and at least 14 Iranian nuclear scientists in the first days of the operation.
Recently, Iran responded to attacks from Israel using ballistic missiles.
