The post consisted of a collage of photos from their teenage years and a recent romantic vacation.

Last September, Grealish and Sasha became parents when they welcomed a daughter named Mila. Sasha also shared a photo of their family, captioning: “Happy Birthday, we love you.”

To celebrate his birthday, Jack threw a themed party called “Grealfields.” He posted a series of photos from this event on his Instagram page, accompanied by a comment:
