According to The Sun: Jamie Vardy failed to make an impact in his debut match in Serie A, as his team Cremonese drew with Hellas Verona.
The 38-year-old forward, who previously played for Leicester and the England national team, joined the league newcomer earlier this month.
GettyVardy made his first appearance on the field in the 58th minute, but the match ended without goals.

Cremonese managed to avoid defeat as Verona failed to capitalize on their chances.
The Verona team has not won at home in a long time, and despite the tough match, Cremonese maintained third place in the table.
Vardy's aspirations for the future
Vardy hopes for a better performance next Sunday when he faces his debut home match against Parma.
Before his debut, the player spoke about life in Italy, noting that his idol is Alessandro Del Piero.
“When I was younger, it was [Alessandro] Del Piero. I watched him play — it was incredible.
“Watching his goals inspired me.”
Vardy also noted that his family has not yet joined him in Italy due to bureaucratic procedures.
“They (my family) are not here yet — of course, we need to go through the visa procedures — but they are looking forward to it.”
“It's really exciting, especially when it comes to learning a new language.”
Vardy's first match in Serie A was an important milestone in his career, as he switched teams moving from England to Italy. Despite the result, the player looks forward to further development and adaptation to new conditions. The debut match at home undoubtedly adds excitement not only for the fans but also for the player himself. Time will tell if Vardy can showcase his abilities at a new level.
