The High Representative of the EU is speaking at a press conference. Kallas will make a number of statements, including announcing the EU's position on Russia's war against Ukraine and summarizing the negotiations with the foreign ministers of the member states.

It is worth noting that soon the EU will adopt the 18th package of sanctions against Russia. The ambassadors of the European Union are already at the final stage of agreeing on the document. It is known what restrictions will be tightened against the Russian Federation.

Ukraine has also received a package of financial assistance from the EU for the reconstruction of settlements destroyed by Russia. The amount is 2.3 billion euros.
