Up to 15% Cashback on Ukrainian Goods Starts March 1 in Diia App.
Ukraine Launches Updated Cashback Initiative
According to Novyny.live: Starting March 1, 2026, Ukraine's National Cashback program introduces revised terms, offering shoppers either 5% or 15% back on purchases of locally made products. This effort is designed to boost domestic manufacturers and encourage consumers to choose Ukrainian goods.
Product Categories and Cashback Rates
The updated cashback system assigns different reward percentages based on product type:
- A 15% cashback applies to cosmetics, household chemicals, clothing, footwear, and select food items.
- A 5% cashback is granted for pharmacy purchases and gardening supplies.
This structure gives consumers a financial incentive to buy Ukrainian products, which are available in a wide variety.
For added convenience, the Diia app now includes a barcode scanner, speeding up the cashback process for users. In 2026, program participants can spend their accumulated cashback at NOVUS and LIGA PRIM supermarkets, as well as on the ROZETKA website. The monthly cashback cap stands at 1,000 hryvnias per participant.
Through these updates, the National Cashback program aims to stimulate Ukraine's economy, support local producers, and provide shoppers with attractive purchasing benefits.
These program changes highlight the importance of backing domestic manufacturers amid Ukraine's economic challenges. Higher cashback percentages on specific product categories are expected to drive consumer demand and foster local business growth. This could also help overcome economic difficulties by energizing the domestic market and creating new jobs.
