Kyivstar Hikes Viber Broadcast Fees: What Business Customers Will Now Pay.
Kyivstar Service Pricing Overhaul
According to Novyny.live: Ukraine's mobile operator Kyivstar has announced a price increase for its 'Viber Message Broadcast' service, effective April 1, 2026. The company has unveiled updated rates for this offering alongside new business tariff plans.
The monthly maintenance fee for the Viber broadcast service will be set at 9,600 UAH (including VAT). Additionally, each delivered transactional message will cost clients 0.66 UAH (with VAT), while promotional messages will be charged at 1.65 UAH (including VAT). Importantly, these adjustments apply exclusively to new tariffs—existing customers will not face any price hikes until the end of 2026.
Corporate 'Na Zv’yazku' Tariffs
In March 2026, Kyivstar also introduced a new line of corporate plans called 'Na Zv’yazku.' The pricing for these plans is as follows:
- 'Na Zv’yazku' — 400 UAH per month (260 UAH with discount)
- 'Na Zv’yazku Bezlim' — 600 UAH per month (390 UAH with discount)
- 'Na Zv’yazku Bezlim+' — 1,000 UAH per month (650 UAH with discount)
New subscribers will receive a 35% discount for the first six months of service.
These changes could significantly impact businesses that rely heavily on Viber to communicate with their customers, as the higher costs may increase marketing and operational expenses. To navigate this shift, companies should consider adjusting their outreach strategies and take advantage of the introductory discounts Kyivstar offers to new users, helping to optimize communication budgets under the revised terms.
