According to Novyny.live: Starting June 30, 2026, Kyivstar is rolling out a new promotion for prepaid mobile customers, offering a discount on their plan payments. The initiative aims to reduce users' mobile expenses by providing more favorable terms on selected tariffs.

The offer applies to subscribers of the following plans:

Eligible participants will receive a 40 hryvnia discount, which includes VAT and a 7.5% contribution to the Pension Fund. The reduced price will be applied for 84 days from the moment the offer is activated.

To qualify for the discount, subscribers must meet several criteria:

• The last paid activity on the number must have occurred more than 6 months before the promotion start date.
• No incoming calls from outside the Kyivstar network.
• The subscriber must not be in roaming.
• Network activity must be present within the last 30 days.
• No additional Superpowers services may be active, except those specified within the promotion.
