EU prepares 19th sanctions package against Russia: when will the decision be made.

The European Union plans to introduce 19 sanctions packages against Russia as early as September. According to European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, the EU will continue to pressure the Russian Federation to force President Putin to come to the negotiating table.
During a meeting with Ukrainian President Zelensky in Brussels, von der Leyen stated: '
As for any territorial issues in Ukraine. Our position is clear – international borders cannot be changed by force. These are decisions that must be made by Ukraine. And these decisions cannot be made without Ukraine.', she emphasized.

The European Union is preparing 19 sanctions packages against Russia for the beginning of September. The EU is trying to influence the Russian Federation through sanctions, as well as support Ukraine in resolving territorial issues.
