The dollar exchange rate reached 41.6 hryvnias: when to expect 42 for the dollar.
The latest dollar exchange rate in Ukraine
According to inkorr.com: Recently published data from the investment company ICU confirms that last week the National Bank of Ukraine set the dollar exchange rate at 41.6 hryvnias per dollar. According to analysts' forecasts, by the end of the year the dollar's value may exceed 42 hryvnias.
Trends in the currency market
Experts note that the NBU continues to devalue the national currency, expanding the range of exchange rate fluctuations. In the past week, the dollar rose in price by 1% to 41.6 hryvnias, becoming the highest indicator since August of this year. At the same time, the euro has fallen by more than half a percent, standing at 48.1 hryvnias per euro.
'We expect that the NBU may strengthen the exchange rate again, then gradually weaken it, and such fluctuations will move towards more than 42 hryvnias per dollar by the end of the year,' analysts at ICU explained.
Prospects for the exchange rate
Forecasts indicate that the dollar exchange rate in Ukraine will continue to rise, and the exchange rate may exceed 42 hryvnias per dollar by the end of the year. The NBU controls the currency market, strengthening and weakening the hryvnia exchange rate depending on the situation in international financial markets. These actions are aimed at ensuring the stability of the national currency and allow for forecasting its exchange rate in the future.
Currently, the economic situation in Ukraine remains dynamic, and fluctuations in the exchange rate can affect prices for goods and services. Monitoring these changes is important for both businesses and consumers, as it will help them adapt to the new trading and economic conditions overall.
