Dollar and Euro Exchange Rates in November 2025: Expert Provides New Predictions.
According to inkorr.com: Ukrainian citizens have been provided with information on possible changes in the dollar and euro exchange rates, as well as advice on saving money during uncertain times. Financial expert Oleksiy Kozyrev notes that geopolitical and economic factors will influence the currency market in Ukraine in November 2025.
According to his forecasts, the main factors shaping the hryvnia exchange rate will remain international financial assistance, the situation at the front, and the policy of the National Bank of Ukraine. Kozyrev believes that the NBU will continue to control the market through currency interventions but does not rule out a gradual devaluation of the national currency.
Exchange Rate Forecast
- US Dollar: from 41.55 to 42.80 UAH.
- Euro: from 48.50 to 50.20 UAH.
Saving Tips
- Up to 40-45% in hryvnia instruments (OVDP, deposits).
- Up to 55-60% in foreign currency instruments, particularly distributed between dollars (about 45%), euros (45-50%), and Swiss francs or gold (up to 5-10%).
Experts do not anticipate sharp declines in the exchange rate as the National Bank has sufficient reserves to stabilize the market despite forecasts of hryvnia weakening. Finance professionals also explained to Ukrainians which assets can help preserve their money.
Thus, predictions regarding the exchange rates of the dollar and euro for November 2025 contain ranges of possible values. Specialists advise citizens to diversify their savings among various instruments for a stable portfolio and express confidence in the National Bank's ability to manage the situation in the currency market.
