The buying rate went up by 10 kopecks, while the selling rate increased by 9 kopecks.

The euro similarly experienced an uptick. Early in the day, it traded at 50.69/50.73 UAH, and by market close it had climbed to 50.76/50.77 UAH. The euro's buying rate rose by 7 kopecks, and its selling rate gained 4 kopecks.
