Kursk region may become part of the territorial exchange fund - military observer.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the Kursk operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is part of the plan for Ukraine's victory. He told this to journalists.
Expert Denis Popovich expressed the opinion that a successful operation in the Kursk region on the territory of the Russian Federation strengthens Ukraine's negotiating positions. He emphasized that the Kursk region will be included in the territorial exchange fund and will be discussed during peaceful negotiations with the Russian Federation.
Popovich reminded that earlier Putin talked about readiness for peaceful negotiations with Ukraine, depending on the situation on the front. Now the realities have changed, since the Kursk region has become an important card in negotiations and can strengthen Ukraine's position.
Popovich also noted that Russian military, probably, did not believe in the possibility of an operation in the Kursk region and were thinking "maybe." He called not to underestimate the Ukrainian army and its ability to cross the border of the Russian Federation.
