The Ferrari team confirmed that newcomer Antonio Fuoco will take his place in the first session of the weekend in Mexico City. According to regulations, Formula 1 teams are required to field rookies in at least two FP1 sessions in the car throughout the season.
“We are happy to give Antonio the chance to showcase his skills in Formula 1,” said Ferrari.
