Doctors on the front line will receive an additional 12 thousand: new salaries in hospitals.
According to information from the Ministry of Health, hospitals in areas of active combat will receive additional funding for the salaries of medical staff. Under the new rules, each working doctor will receive 12,000 hryvnias, while nurses, mid-level, and junior medical staff will receive an additional 9,000 hryvnias per month.
Work Conditions Funding
According to inkorr.com: Additional funds for salaries will be distributed depending on the workload, working conditions, and the collective agreement of the medical institution. The model salary level for doctors will be 40,000 hryvnias, for nurses and mid-level medical staff - 27,000 hryvnias, and for junior medical staff - 18,000 hryvnias.
Support for Medical Staff
The Ministry of Health will finance hospitals in conflict zones to ensure proper wages and improve conditions for medical staff working under difficult circumstances on the front line. This initiative aims to support medical institutions in frontline regions.
Such funding is an important step during wartime, as medical staff on the front lines providing aid to the injured and sick need not only moral support but also dignified financial support. The involvement of additional funds will improve not only the salaries but also the working conditions of doctors and nurses, which, in turn, will positively impact the quality of medical services in frontline areas.
