President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that the USA, Great Britain, France, and Germany play a critical role in providing Ukraine with the necessary long-range weapons. He noted that it is these four countries that can provide Ukraine with weapons that will help push Russian troops out of its territory and protect cities. The President expressed hope to receive permission to use these weapons. Zelensky also noted the necessity for personnel changes in the government to strengthen the country and emphasized that the details regarding the responsibilities of the new ministers will be determined after their appointment.
