Alexander Lukashenko during a meeting with Vladimir Putin urged the European Union to unite with Belarus, defining it as a 'terrorist' country. 'Let's move away from confrontation,' said the self-proclaimed president of Belarus.
In his statements, Lukashenko claimed that the USA would not allow such a union, deeming it 'terrible'.
Call to the EU
'They should not clash with us head-on, but rather be together. The EU and Russia. If united, it would be a strength. They do not understand this.'
Thus, during his meeting with Putin, Lukashenko made a call for the European Union to unite with Russia and Belarus, emphasizing that separately they are not powerful enough to solve global issues.
