Luke Littler's victory in the quarter-finals

According to The Sun: Luke Littler's girlfriend could not contain her joy when the world champion defeated Gerwyn Price in a tense battle, securing an important victory.

Littler, 18, managed to overcome a long path to victory, even being two sets down in a losing position and with three match balls in the penalty match at the World Cup, when the 'Ice Man' lost control.

In the decisive fifth set, Littler showcased his skill at the most crucial moment.

He finished the game with an impressive throw of 152, after which he joyfully raised his arms in triumph along with those around him.

TV cameras captured a section of friends and family in the Mattioli arena in Leicester.

There, his partner Faith Millar was hugging a woman, possibly Luke's mother, Lisa.

Faith wore a cozy cream fleece to support Littler during the evening in the East Midlands.

She is undoubtedly returning on Saturday for Littler's semi-final against Jonny Clayton.

Next on the schedule will be Luke Humphries' match against Danny Noppert.

Littler's success has taken him to the final four in a 'double entry' format, securing him a prize of £40,000.

Faith, who is from Wigan - just 15 miles from Littler's hometown of Warrington - joined the Littler family on holiday in Spain early this summer and regularly sends him kisses for good luck before matches.

Despite a busy schedule, Littler promised to find time for a holiday with Faith next year.

“I didn't have the chance this year. I managed it last year, but this year everything is so tight.”

“It comes along with winning the world championship - more things, more people to interact with.”

“But in 2026, I will definitely find time for a few holidays with my girl and family, not even thinking about darts.”
