Voting for the best men's team
Voting has started for the best men's team according to The Best FIFA Football Awards. A total of 77 players are competing for a spot on the team – 22 defenders, midfielders, forwards, and 11 goalkeepers. 'Roma' striker Artem Dovbyk and 'Real' goalkeeper Andriy Lunin are also candidates. The nominees were selected based on their performances from August 21, 2023, to August 10, 2024. Artem Dovbyk scored 24 goals and provided 10 assists in 39 matches, becoming the top scorer of La Liga.
The voting will last until December 10. Fans must register on the official FIFA website and select one of three formations (4-3-3, 4-4-2, or 3-4-3). When the voting ends, fans' votes will be combined with those of a panel of football experts to form the team.
