Sale of 21 pubs and network recovery
A large pub network sold 21 of its establishments just a year after it managed to save itself from bankruptcy. This network was founded in 2021 and led by former Greene King CEO Rooney Anand.According to The Sun: RedCat Hospitality has reached an agreement to sell all 21 pubs in its lease and licensing to a British buyer.
“This is an important step for the further development of our business,” noted Rooney Anand.
This sale reflects the successful strategy of the company, which has managed to overcome financial difficulties and return to active development.
After a successful sale, the network intends to review its plans for the future, focusing efforts on strengthening its market position and expanding its range. No further steps from RedCat Hospitality have been announced yet, but analysts believe that the company may consider new projects or updating existing establishments.Read also
