Desire to work abroad
More than 40% of Ukrainians wish to work abroad, according to the results of a sociological survey by the 'Rating' group.
According to the survey, 37% of these people choose Germany, 26% - Poland, while there are also those who wish to work in the USA (22%) and Canada (21%).
In Italy, 15% of respondents dream of work, in the UK - 14%, in France and Sweden - 12%, in Israel - 11%, in Spain - 9%, in the Netherlands - 7%, in Russia - 6%.
In other countries, less than 5% of respondents wish to work. It should be noted that the desire to work abroad hardly changes depending on the region.
The survey was conducted from September 8 to 18, 2017, commissioned by the All-Ukrainian Association of Companies for International Employment among 1200 respondents.
Ukrainians continue to search for work abroad, most often moving to Poland, Israel, Italy, Germany, Lithuania, Canada, and the Czech Republic.The demand among Ukrainians for jobs abroad remains high, and the countries they choose for labor migration remain consistent. A significant number of people dream of working in Europe and North America, which indicates the spreading trend of globally seeking better opportunities and improving living standards.
