Statistics of state loans
According to inkorr.com: Since the introduction of state guarantees on a portfolio basis in December 2020, more than 49 thousand loans have been issued for a total amount of over 160 billion hryvnias. During the martial law, more than 44 thousand loans have been provided for an amount of more than 149 billion hryvnias.
Loans in July
In July, entrepreneurs received more than 567 loans for a total amount of over 2.2 billion hryvnias, with state guarantees on the main debt amounting to more than 1.2 billion hryvnias.
Current number of loans
As of early August, 28 lending banks serve more than 23 thousand loans for a total amount of over 80 billion hryvnias. Liabilities on the main debt, partially covered by state guarantees, amount to more than 36.6 billion hryvnias. This is 71% of the total amount of guarantees provided.
Leaders among banks
Among the banks serving the largest number of loans, the leaders are:
- PrivatBank - more than 15 thousand loans
- Oschadbank - over 3 thousand loans
- Ukrgasbank - more than 1 thousand loans
- PUMB - over 700 loans
- Ukreximbank - more than 500 loans
According to information provided by the National Bank of Ukraine, the program of state guarantees on a portfolio basis successfully supports small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine, helping entrepreneurs obtain loans for the development of their businesses.
State guarantees have become an important tool for entrepreneurs, especially in times of economic challenges.
