Gabriel's performance playing three age groups above shocked spectators during the junior match against Derby, winning 4-0.
The boy's hat-trick included goals scored in the 5th, 14th, and 27th minutes, giving his team a 3-0 lead by halftime.
Gabriel opened the scoring with his right foot, doubled the lead hitting the crossbar, and scored the third goal with his left foot.
The team captain Amir Ibragimov, 17, scored the fourth goal from a penalty in the 66th minute, securing victory for his team.
