Manchester United: Kobe Mainu wants to leave the club due to salary conflict

According to The Sun: Kobe Mainu's statement about wanting to join 'Napoli' on a permanent basis came as a surprise to 'Manchester United'.

Team coach Ruben Amorim wants the English talent to stay, despite limited playing time this season.

Mainu reached out to the 'United' management requesting a potential loan move just hours after playing the entire match in a disappointing Carabao Cup tie against 'Grimsby'.

Serie A champions 'Napoli' have already requested Mainu on loan for the entire season ahead of the upcoming deadline.

However, no details regarding a possible permanent transfer have emerged.

'United' intends to keep Mainu, whose contract had been unresolved for several months, not allowing him to go on loan as he still has two years left on his agreement.

Mainu demanded a salary of £180,000 per week, similar to that of other leading players at the club, but 'United' is only offering between £75,000 and £100,000, which is significantly below his expectations.

In the penalty shootout defeat against 'Grimsby', Mainu made his first appearance of the season after remaining on the bench in the first two Premier League matches.

The England star has dropped down the pecking order in the midfield position and faces a tough task of displacing captain Bruno Fernandes from the lineup.

He also failed to make the England squad under Tom Tuchel for the upcoming autumn international matches.

Garnacho's Return

Former academy star Alejandro Garnacho plans to return to 'Old Trafford' with 'Chelsea' in three weeks.

The player is nearing a £40 million deal with 'Stamford Bridge' after a conflict with Amorim.

The club wished the Argentinian all the best, but it seems there is no understanding between the coach and the young winger.

Hours after the announcement of the agreement with 'Chelsea', Garnacho deleted all mentions of 'MU' from his social media.

Onana is set to stay

Despite a terrible performance in rainy Grimsby, Andre Onana is set to remain at 'Manchester United' this season.

The former goalkeeper of 'Inter' made two errors that led to goals.

'United' is also considering replacements, including Emiliano Martinez from 'Aston Villa', as well as Oblak and Donnarumma.

Could Mourinho return?

In October, Jose Mourinho expressed that he is looking for a new club... and 'United' would suit him!

Interestingly, 'United' finished last season in 15th place, and now they are one place lower.

Osula

An unexpected link has emerged between 'United' and 'Newcastle' star William Osula.

Osula became famous for his goal that allegedly leveled the match against 'Liverpool'.

But in 2014, at the age of 11, he already won at the MU Soccer Schools World Skills Final.

Fans turning against Amorim

Many fans are starting to express their dissatisfaction with Amorim after one of the worst defeats in the club's history.

Malacia's exit a priority

Special rules for Jay Jay

Everyone at 'United' enjoys the progress of Jay Jay Gabriel, a young attacker considered one of the most promising in the club's academy.

Marcus back to smiling

Despite tough years, most staff and players at 'United' are happy to see Marcus Rashford smiling again during his loan at 'Barcelona'.

Mainu continues to remain in the spotlight of football fans, and his desire to change clubs underscores the situation surrounding 'United'. The team coach is trying to retain the best players, but he has to deal with team issues. The situation at 'Manchester United' remains tense, and transfer events could be crucial on the path to rebuilding the team.
