Denmark thrashed Belarus in World Cup qualifying
According to The Sun: Rasmus Hojlund scored two goals as Denmark easily defeated Belarus 6-0 in a World Cup qualifying match.
The Manchester United player, currently on loan at Napoli, has been showing great form since his transfer.
ReutersIn six matches for Napoli, Hojlund has scored four goals, including a brace in the Champions League game against Sporting.
He started the match against Belarus, highlighting his form after scoring in the game against Greece.
The match was played without spectators in Hungary due to sanctions imposed on Belarus by UEFA for their support of Russia in the current war with Ukraine.
In the 19th minute, Hojlund put Denmark ahead with a precise shot after a pass from Victor Frokholt.
He later scored another goal just before half-time, hitting the net after a shot from Manchester United defender Patrick Dorgu.
In the last minute of the first half, Hojlund became an assister, passing the ball to Dorgu for his goal.
A substitution occurred in the 77th minute with the score 5-0 in favor of Denmark.
