Manchester United rejected offers from Premier League and Italian teams this summer.
The contract of the England international defender expired last season, but United took the option to extend it for another year, which will keep him at the club until 2026.
Maguire will be able to negotiate with foreign clubs in January. He admitted that he does not rule out the possibility of staying at Old Trafford even after 2026, if the club is open to it.
The defender was signed for £85 million from Leicester six years ago and has already played over 200 matches for the team.
Possible changes in United's squad
The opening of the transfer windows in Saudi Arabia and Turkey, where the market closes on September 12, may also provide United with the opportunity to sell their dissatisfied goalkeepers Andre Onana or Altay Bayındır by the end of next week.
United will consider offers for Onana and Bayındır after signing Royal Antwerp goalkeeper Senne Lammens for £18.2 million on deadline day.
Lammens will become part of the competition for the goalkeeping position alongside the struggling duo and Tom Heaton.
Onana attracted interest from Saudi Arabia earlier this summer and was considered a potential transfer to Turkish Galatasaray on deadline day, but they ultimately signed Uğurcan Çakıroğlu.
Despite this, Onana may decide to leave Old Trafford this month to avoid confusion with the transfer during the Africa Cup of Nations in January.
The 29-year-old goalkeeper is hoping to feature for the Cameroon national team in the upcoming AFCON, which will take place from December 21 to January 18.
Meanwhile, Bayındır is also at risk and might return to his homeland sooner.
We remain focused on the developments regarding Harry Maguire and other United players ahead of the transfer window closing. It is highly likely that in the coming days we will witness several important decisions from the club that could significantly impact their squad this season.
