New owner for Manchester United: who is making the mysterious offer.
According to The Sun: Manchester United is once again attracting attention due to rumors of a potential sale of the club. Saudi Arabia's box chief Turki Alalshikh stated that negotiations are 'in advanced stages.'

“The best news I heard today is that Manchester United is now in an advanced stage of completing a deal to sell to a new investor.'
“I hope he is better than the previous owners.”
The club responded to this statement, emphasizing that it is not familiar with the circumstances being discussed. However, Alalshikh reiterated his words in a subsequent post:
“My post yesterday about the potential sale of Manchester United means one thing: the club is in advanced stages of negotiations with a new investor.”
“To clarify, I am not an investor, and they are not from my country. I write this as a fan hoping for such a deal, although it may not necessarily happen.”
The club's primary owners, the Glazers, rejected an offer from Sheikh Jassim Al Thani's consortium from Qatar nearly two years ago. Instead, they accepted Ratcliffe's offer of £1.25 billion for 27.7% of the club's shares, finalized at the beginning of last year. Given that Manchester United is currently valued at approximately £5.2 billion, who could potentially become the buyer of the club?
SAUDI ARABIA
Among the possible options is an offer from Alalshikh. This will be separate from the Public Investment Fund, which bought Newcastle in 2021. Alalshikh is the chairman of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation, which has hosted many famous boxing matches in Saudi Arabia. Following news of interest in Bristol City, will Alalshikh attempt to arrange the purchase of the beloved United club?
QATAR
Alalshikh recently stated that he is not the mysterious investor and that they are not even from his country. This may suggest that an investor from Qatar, but, as SunSport learned, they are not from the Qatar Sports Investment organization that owns Paris Saint-Germain.
BROOKLYN ERIC / DEN GILBERT
Brooklyn Eric inquired about a shocking sale of Tottenham as part of a consortium from the USA. DJ received support from Dan Gilbert, owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers, who has a fortune of about £20 billion. This pair may try to unite again for a new proposal regarding one of the Premier League clubs. But after the failure to purchase Spurs, it is unlikely the consortium will convince the Glazers to sell.
