According to The Sun: Manchester United defender Tyrell Malacia has received a significant opportunity for a new stage in his career: the Turkish Super League club Eyupspor reached out to United with an offer to loan the 26-year-old player for the entire season.

However, United's leadership, led by Sir Jim Ratcliffe, has only two days left to finalize the deal, as the application deadline in Turkey closes on Friday.

The extended transfer period in Turkey has given United the opportunity after goalkeeper Andre Onana decided to move to Trabzonspor on loan.

This development came after talks with Spanish club Elche about loaning Malacia collapsed at the final stages on September 1.

Clubs could not agree on the deal's terms, leaving the Dutchman as the only one in the group that Ruben Amorim plans to refresh.

Jadon Sancho recently signed a deal on deadline day, moving to Aston Villa, which will cover 80% of his salary of £250,000 per week.

Meanwhile, Antony has officially signed with Real Betis after a successful loan at the end of last season.

Marcus Rashford, who scored England's fifth goal in the match against Serbia, also joined Barcelona on loan.

Malacia's contract with Manchester United expires in the summer, but the club has an option to extend for another year.

Last season, he only played in four matches, and spent the second half of the season on loan at PSV Eindhoven.

Since moving from Feyenoord for £13 million in 2022, Malacia has played only 47 matches for Manchester United, the majority of which were in his first season under Erik ten Hag.

Clearly, the opportunity to loan to Eyupspor is becoming an important step for Malacia, who aims to gain more playing time and revive his career after a failed adaptation in the UK. During his stay in Turkey, he will be able to showcase his skills and improve his chances of returning to Manchester United’s starting lineup.
