According to The Sun, Barcelona is thrilled with Rashford's performances and impressed by his work ethic.

After Rashford was dropped from the Manchester United starting lineup, he returned to the England squad, preparing for the World Cup qualifiers in Latvia on Tuesday night.

Currently, he has the most goal involvements among all Barcelona players across all competitions, having scored three goals and provided five assists.

When asked about stability, Rashford said in an ITV interview, which was later deleted from X:

“I feel like I've been in an unstable atmosphere for a very long time. So being consistent is even harder. I think stability is what I need to bring to my game, and I strive for that.”

“Of course, I want to be at my best level, not just sometimes, but as often as possible.”

“When we talk about consistency, to be consistent in anything, not just in sports, you need a stable environment in life.”

“Right now, despite all the changes in my career, I have to look forward, and that is definitely one of those things I would like to fix and improve to be at my best level more often.”

“Because when I'm at my best level, I truly enjoy everything related to sports.”

Rashford, who joined United at the age of seven, plans to sign a permanent deal with Barcelona for around £25 million ahead of the 2026 World Cup in America.

Previously, he described United as a 'reactive' club, which is in 'no man's land' during a controversial interview with Gary Lineker and Micah Richards.

“If your direction is constantly changing, you can't expect to win the league. We are significantly lower than we think United should be.”

“But if you take a step back, which I have been able to do in the last six months – what do you expect?”

“To start a transition, you need to make a plan and stick to it. It's not easy. But I believe we've had so many different coaches and different ideas and strategies to win... you ultimately end up in no man's land.”

Rashford's decision to move to Spain actively impacted his chances to represent the national team at the World Cup after being dropped from the squad for Euro 2024.

He returned to Tuchel's squad in March but missed the June camp due to injury.

Despite a challenging start, Rashford is receiving support from the passionate Catalan fans.

Injuries to Lamine Yamal, Raphinha, and Robert Lewandowski opened avenues for Rashford, allowing him extended opportunities in Hansi Flick’s starting lineup.

He has started in six of the last seven matches in all competitions. The only time he didn't start (against Getafe) was due to being late for a morning team meeting, although he played the full second half.

Rashford's performance in the Champions League against Newcastle received special praise from Flick.

It’s worth noting that Rashford's most successful season came under former United coach Erik ten Hag when he scored 30 goals in all competitions.

It should be noted that for Marcus Rashford, the adaptation period in Barcelona has become crucial in his career. After many years at Manchester United, where he faced various challenges, this new chapter promises to be not only about results on the field but also about personal development. Success in the new team could open new opportunities, including a return to the national squad for upcoming international tournaments.
