According to the draft state budget No. 14000, registered in the Verkhovna Rada, the minimum wage will be raised to 8647 hryvnias per month, which is 647 hryvnias more than currently.
Wage increase
This will be the first increase since 2024 when the minimum wage was 8000 hryvnias. The hourly wage will also rise to 52 hryvnias. The minimum wage is not only an important indicator for employees but also a significant economic aspect that determines the baseline income level, workers' rights, and social contributions.
According to the draft budget, Ukrainians can expect the minimum wage to increase at the beginning of 2026. This will be the first increase since 2024 and will raise the minimum wage by 647 hryvnias to 8647 hryvnias per month.
