Mobilization: Parents of children offered deferral through Reserve+.
Simplified the process of obtaining deferrals from mobilization
According to inkorr.com: The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has made a decision to simplify the process of obtaining deferrals from mobilization. Now, parents can submit applications online via the 'Reserve+' application. This opportunity is available for those who are raising children under 18 years of age on their own in cases where the second parent has died or lost parental rights.
The process of obtaining a deferral has become significantly easier: it is enough to submit a request through the application, after which the system checks the information in the registries, and upon confirmation, it automatically grants the deferral. The Ministry of Defense emphasizes the transparency of this process and its protection from manipulation. The number of individuals eligible for deferral has also been expanded, including temporarily unfit for service, parents of children with disabilities, and others.
We remind you that the first summons will start to be sent out on November 1.
By simplifying the process, the Ministry aims to ensure greater accessibility of deferrals for families in need. This decision is designed to support parents who raise children on their own, as well as emphasize the importance of social responsibility in times of mobilization. It is expected that simplifying the procedure will help improve the situation in society and reduce the tension associated with mandatory military service.
