Ministry of Defense to Create Central Military Medical Administration: What Will Change.
Update of Ukraine's Military Medical Doctrine
According to inkorr.com: The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine presented a new version of the Military Medical Doctrine during the annual conference 'Human in the Military'. The document focuses primarily on combat medicine and preparation for possible tasks in conflict conditions. In particular, it proposes the creation of a Central Military Medical Administration (CMMA), aimed at improving management processes in military medicine.
'The innovation of the project is a clear delineation of functions among different structures to avoid duplication and increase efficiency,' the Ministry of Defense explained.
The document emphasizes the importance of medical planning at all operational levels, as well as involving medical personnel in these processes. The military medical system defines components depending on types of medical assistance, stages, and roles.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine continues to improve its military medical doctrine to adequately prepare for potential challenges of war and ensure effective medical assistance during combat operations.
These changes are an important step in enhancing the readiness of medical services to act in military conditions. The proposed creation of the CMMA will optimize management processes and focus efforts on key areas, which in turn should improve the provision of medical assistance at the front.
