The Ministry of Veterans Opens Support Centers: What Will Be Offered to Veterans.
According to inkorr.com: The Ministry of Veterans Affairs has launched an initiative to create 'Veteran Care Spaces' in public medical institutions. These centers will provide veterans with various support — from consultations to rehabilitation and psychological and legal assistance.
What does it mean - 'Veteran Care Space'?
These specialized centers operate on the principles of barrier-free access and offer a wide range of services: from information on social guarantees to psychological support and assistance in occupational rehabilitation.
International Cooperation and Development
According to the Ministry, 10 'Care Spaces' have already been opened in five regions of Ukraine, with another 30 such institutions planned. More than 1600 specialists are working alongside veterans, almost 100 of whom are in medical facilities.
The Ministry continues to improve the operation of these centers, engaging experts for analysis and support. The main areas of development include international cooperation, exchange of experience, geographical expansion, collaboration with the private sector, and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
The Department of Veterans intends to create a support system for verified specialists who will assist ATO participants and their families. This will contribute to improving the quality of medical and socio-legal assistance for those in need.
