The real estate agency Dexters presented the architecturally designed house on Scoble Place as 'impressively unique and notable'.

One neighbor expressed her outrage at such a price:

“The price is ridiculous, I certainly won't buy it,”

Another resident, Fatu Gasama, noted that she was not surprised by such a high price:

“This is Hackney, so it will always be expensive,”

“My neighbor sold his one-bedroom flat for £360,000. Everything here is overpriced.”

One of the residents of the same street defended the high price and style of the house, emphasizing:

“It is completely different from the neighboring streets, it is my favorite place to live,”
