The return of Ukrainian youth from Poland increased in September
According to inkorr.com: Despite the fact that numerous young Ukrainians are still leaving for Poland for study or work, the number of those returning home is increasing.
According to the Polish border service, in September there was more than a 3.5 times increase in the number of Ukrainian youth returning compared to August.
According to statistics, from August 28 to September 28, over 19.2 thousand citizens aged 18 to 22 crossed the border from Poland to Ukraine. This is the highest figure in recent months.
Experts explain this trend by seasonal factors, such as the beginning of the academic year in Ukrainian universities and the end of summer jobs abroad.
'Such fluctuations are typical for youth who seek to combine study opportunities at home with temporary work abroad,' analysts emphasize.
Ukrainian men aged 18–22 are allowed to cross the border
It should be noted that since August 28, Ukrainian men aged 18–22 have been allowed to cross the state border again. This decision has simplified the planning of trips for young people between Ukraine and EU countries.
The return of Ukrainian youth from Poland in September increased due to seasonal changes and the beginning of the academic year in Ukraine. This phenomenon reflects the desire of youth to find a balance between education and the opportunity for temporary work abroad, which will undoubtedly impact their future.Read also
