Receiving services in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

Registration for receiving services is mandatory and is done through the 'E-registration' system on the website of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or through the 'E-registration' mobile application.
Services for foreign passports
With a foreign passport, you can obtain a variety of services, including:
- Taking exams;
- Obtaining a driver's license;
- Exchanging and restoring a driver's license;
- Registration actions with vehicles.
