A scheme to evade mobilization uncovered in Sumy region
According to inkorr.com: In Sumy region, three men were suspected of creating a scheme to evade mobilization.
According to the investigation, this group of individuals offered others the opportunity to avoid mobilization for money by providing them with fake conscription notices. This allowed them to evade military summons for 10 days.
'The actions of the suspects were qualified as obtaining illegal benefits for themselves by influencing the decision-making of a person authorized to perform state functions, committed in accordance with prior conspiracy by a group of persons (part 2 of article 28/part 2 of article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)'
Currently, law enforcement agencies are conducting an investigation in cooperation with the Security Service of Ukraine and the 5th border detachment.
Evading mobilization is a serious crime that can have significant consequences for those guilty. Such schemes undermine military duty and violate law and order in the state, therefore require thorough investigation and punishment.
In conditions of martial law, it is important to ensure compliance with laws and order among the population. Such schemes not only complicate the work of law enforcement agencies but also harm national security, as every citizen has to fulfill their duty to defend the country.
