According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, 174 individuals have already been sent to court, and 395 have been detained during attempts to leave the country.

One case involves a young man from the Tyachiv region who, for money, attempted to smuggle two men into Hungary. The court handed down a sentence of 6 years in prison. Two more individuals have also been convicted for organizing illegal border crossing for those subject to military service.
'The prosecution does not overlook any instance of illegal border crossing, bringing cases to guilty verdicts,' emphasized representatives.
