Russian assault troops in Zaporizhia attacked their own units: Atesh investigation

According to ТСН: On the Zaporizhzhia front, Russian commanders are sending assault groups to their own units.

The partisan movement 'Atesh' reported on Telegram that their agents, who are part of the 1441 motorized rifle regiment, discovered serious management errors in conducting assault operations. Due to insufficient coordination and a lack of information about the real situation, units repeatedly sent assault groups to areas occupied by their own troops.

Critical mistake during the assault

One of the newcomers in the movement talked about a recent incident. A group was sent for a night assault without precise coordinates and an updated map of troop positions. The soldiers completed their mission, engaged in combat, and conducted a sweep. However, when they examined the body, it turned out to be soldiers from a nearby unit.

'The command tried to blame what happened on a map error and shifting borders, but the personnel understands that this is a result of chaos in management and a complete lack of control over the situation. Soldiers risk their lives not because of the enemy, but due to the incompetence of commanders and the lack of communication between units,' the 'Atesh' report states.

Earlier, it was reported that the occupiers in Zaporizhia pay commanders to avoid fighting.

This situation highlights serious problems in troop management that could affect the overall course of combat operations. The loss of their own soldiers due to unbalanced command raises concerns among both the personnel and the leadership. Proper planning and information exchange have become vital to overcoming such critical mistakes in the future.
